Other Rental Information

Venue Fee: Fridays and Sundays, $5965; Saturdays $6965

Maximum Capacity: We comfortably accommodate 150 guests

Rental Hours: 10 am - 10 pm.

Rental Periods: We only book one event per day so the site is yours for 12 hours to allow for set up and celebrating after the sun goes down.  Vendors are welcome anytime during rental hours or by appointment.

Wedding Rehearsal: If you are booking a wedding ceremony, we are happy to reserve a 60 minute rehearsal on the property the week of your ceremony.

Reservations & Fees: 50% of total amount reservation fee and signed contract will reserve your date. The full balance is due 60 days prior to the event.  We accept cash, check, and credit cards.

Parking: We provide limited onsite parking (4 spaces).  Offsite shuttle services required (and included in fee).

Pet Policy:  Pets are allowed for ceremonies only. Service animals are always welcome.

Accessibility: Our venue has gentle slopes to reach the restrooms and most areas on the property.

Liability Insurance: Please plan to purchase event insurance with a $2M limit for the day of the event.

Catering: We have a list of preferred vendors - please contact us for our list.

Alcohol: You may serve hard alcohol, wine, and beer provided that it is poured by a professional bartender or licensed through your caterer.

Candles & Fireworks: Due to code, we are unable to allow open flame/candles, fireworks and sparklers. Please use battery operated candles (candles allowed during ceremonies if desired).

Music: All music needs to end on the premises by 10 pm.

Parties on the Terrace is a gated, private property.  On-site meetings are by appointment only. In order to respect and avoid disrupting any ongoing events, we ask that you please refrain from visiting until you have a scheduled an appointment.
