Welcome, and thank you for visiting us. These terms apply to your use of partiesontheterrace.com. By browsing the site, submitting a form, requesting a tour, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About This Website

This website is operated by Parties on the Terrace, a private event estate in Redmond, Washington. The site exists to share information about our venue and to help you start a conversation with us. Everything on it, including pricing ranges, capacity, availability, amenities, and seasonal dates, is provided for general information and may change without notice.

2. Inquiries and Bookings Are Not Contracts

This is the most important thing on this page, so we want to be clear about it. Submitting an inquiry form, requesting or attending a tour, receiving a proposal or pricing guide, or exchanging emails or texts with us does not reserve a date and does not create a binding agreement.

A date is reserved only when both of the following have happened:

1. You have signed our written venue rental agreement, and

2. We have received the payment required by that agreement to hold the date

Until then, your preferred date remains available to other couples and clients. We are not able to hold dates informally. The signed rental agreement controls. If anything on this website, in a pricing guide, in an email, or in a text message conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the signed agreement governs. All terms about payments, retainers, deposits, refunds, cancellation, rescheduling, alcohol service, insurance, vendor requirements, rental hours, and conduct on the property are set out in that agreement, not on this website.

3. Tours and Visits

We are a gated, private estate and a private residence. On-site tours are by appointment only. Out of respect for our clients and their guests, please do not visit the property without a scheduled appointment. Events are frequently in progress, and unscheduled visitors cannot be accommodated. Tour appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by either of us. If you need to change your appointment, please use the link in your confirmation message or contact us directly.

4. Communications

By providing your email address or phone number through our website, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, your tour, and your event. If you opt in to marketing emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by replying STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

5. Our Content

All content on this website, including photographs of the estate, written descriptions, our pricing guide and lookbook, our name, and our logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. It is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view, download, and print our materials for your own personal, non-commercial use while considering our venue. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our photographs or content for any commercial purpose, including in listings, advertising, or on another venue's or vendor's website, without our written permission.

6. Content You Submit

If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and that sharing it does not violate anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use it in our marketing, on our website, and on social media, with credit where appropriate. You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by contacting us at info@partiesontheterrace.com. Please do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, or offensive through our forms.

7. Photography on the Property

We love sharing the celebrations that happen here. Any use of photographs or video from your event, including images of you and your guests, is addressed in your signed rental agreement rather than on this website. If you have preferences about how images from your event are used, please tell us and we will note them in your agreement.

8. Vendors

We are a raw space venue, which means you select and contract directly with your own caterer, planner, florist, photographer, and other vendors. We are happy to share a list of preferred vendors we have enjoyed working with, but that list is a recommendation only. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any vendor you hire, and we are not responsible for their performance, conduct, or agreements with you.

9. Acceptable Use

Please use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, interfere with its operation, use automated tools to scrape or harvest content or contact information, or submit false information through our forms.

10. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pricing, availability, capacity, or amenity details shown here are complete or current. Please confirm all details with us directly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Parties on the Terrace and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website, including lost profits or lost opportunities. Nothing in this section limits any rights or obligations set out in a signed rental agreement between us.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parties on the Terrace and its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of this website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another party.

13. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to hotel partners, preferred vendors, wedding directories, and social media platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site eans you accept the updated terms.
