Other Event Information

Maximum Capacity: We comfortably accommodate 100 guests.

Rental Hours: 13 hours: 10 am - 11 pm (guest departure by 10 pm, vendors by 11 pm)

Rental Periods: We only book one wedding per weekend. Friday rental item drop off from 8 am -5 pm, Saturday is yours for 13 hours, and Monday rental item pickup from 8 am - 12 pm.  Relax knowing you can drop off your décor and beverages the day before your nuptials.

Catering: Explore our list of preferred caterers. If you would like to use caterer that is not on our list, please let us know and we’ll discuss.

Wedding Rehearsal: If you are booking a wedding ceremony, you will have a dedicated 90 minute rehearsal on the day before your wedding (Friday).

Reservations & Fees: 50% of total amount reservation fee and signed contract will reserve your date. The full balance is due 60 days prior to the event.  We accept cash, check, and credit cards (note: 3% credit card processing fee).

Payment Plans: We offer monthly payment plans. Please let us know if you are interested and we will create a payment schedule that works for you.

Day-of Coordinator: A licensed, day-of coordinator is required for all ceremonies and receptions. We have suggestions if you need them.

Parking: We provide limited onsite parking (3 spaces).  Offsite parking shuttle services are required (and included in fee).

Pet Policy:  Pets are allowed for ceremonies only. Service animals are always welcome.

Accessibility: Our venue has gentle slopes to reach most areas on the property.

Liability Insurance: Please plan to purchase event insurance with a $2M limit for the day of the event. Insurance can be covered through a personal insurance provider or www.eventhelper.com.

Alcohol: You may serve hard alcohol, wine, and beer provided that it is purchased prior to your event and poured by a professional, licensed bartender. Hard alcohol may only be served during cocktail hour and if you’d like to serve hard alcohol throughout your event, we require an additional refundable $1,000 hard alcohol fee.

Candles & Fireworks: Please use candles with glass hurricanes/protectors or battery operated candles or

Music: Atmospheric music throughout the grounds welcomed; amplified (dancing) music only allowed inside the Banchetto with the door closed.

Hotels: Courtesy room blocks are available through Archer Hotel in Redmond and Hilton Garden Inn in Redmond. Please inquire for contacts.

Event Retainer: A refundable $1,000 event retainer is due 60 days prior to the date of the event. This will be returnable to the Client up to two weeks after the event has been held, unanticipated expenses accounted for, and the property has been reviewed for any potential damage from the event.

Non-wedding Events: Events other than weddings (e.g., baby showers, reunions, birthdays) may be held on Sundays at $960/hour with a minimum of 6 hours. This includes tables, chairs, offsite parking shuttle service, and all our amenities. If you are interested in a Saturday, rates will be equivalent to our wedding rate.

Our goal is for our clients to feel special and taken care of.  We want you and your guests to be "wowed" by our stunning venue and superior customer service.

Parties on the Terrace is a gated, private estate.  On-site meetings are by appointment only. In order to respect and avoid disrupting any ongoing events, we ask that you please refrain from visiting until you have scheduled an appointment.
